How to remove "My language is..."?

Anybody tell me how can I remove that language window from Windows 11 image/iso? I downloaded windows 11 iso from some website and there are language folders inside sources folder, I delete all of them except English folder but still I see this "my language is....." window. I'm sure the ISO contain all windows 10 files except install.win to bypass TPM.

1) Download clean untouched source from official links, don't use these crappy homebrew warez releases
2) Use unattended page to skip Language selector if have integrated any Language packs
