How to remove windows image like i want only custom windows 10 pro iso not other iso like home, education.

are you serious ?

Load up the image version you want in ntlite. then when you have done all the changes you require, you then click ( under apply > saving mode ) save the image and trim editions. Then you click the Create ISO under options.

Trimming unwanted editions in Apply works, but I like to export Pro (or any single edition) from the source ISO at the beginning. This requires a lot more clicking, but applying changes a single edition image takes less time and disk space.

1. Extract the clean ISO to a local folder.
2. Add Image Directory
3. If you're using an ESD image, convert it to WIM first.
4. Select Professional (don't load it), right-menu -> Export / WIM
5. Save to new file. NTLite should default to saving to the ISO folder.
6. From Explorer, move the new file to \sources folder.
7. Click on NTLite's Refresh button in the toolbar. There will be an error (X) for boot.wim.
8. Select the image folder, right-menu -> Forget
9. Repeat Add Image Directory. Done.

Is esd image compress the iso file?

When you download the Windows ISO file, it's saved as install.WIM
When you use MCT, it's saved as install.ESD

Both are compressed formats, but ESD cannot be edited. It must be converted to WIM first. When you're finished with an image, you can convert it back to ESD (but conversion takes a long time).

If someone install my iso and i did some changes so how people can update that custom iso without reinstalling the iso

I don't understand your question. If you make an ISO for other users, and they don't have NTLite then the other action they can do is clean install or upgrade from your ISO.
