How to remove the Local Experience Pack app on NTLite?

I have this app installed and I don't know what it does or how to remove it with NTLite without using live install.

EDIT: It looks like it's better if I just keep it and I won't remove the Windows Feature Experience Pack package on NTLite's Updates tab too.
