How to skip Windows Setup language screen (see screenshots)

I am pretty happy with the automation workflow I have setup, but the only manual task I have to do is click "Next" on the Language/Time/Keyboard screen

What am I missing so this does not require me to click next?

Glad to hear that.

Yes, it's a bit confusing there are 2 places to set localization:
OOBE - which you set, and below there is Setup section with those 4, repeat the same.

Been thinking recently how to merge them together, would be nice to have it only once, this is just mimicking how Windows has it officially.

I just use the Auto-fill, which updates both places from the host's current language & locale settings.
