Running NTLite in WinPE is not possible, or supported.
WinPE is a limited environment for executing deployment tools like Setup.exe or DISM, or running scripting tasks.
You can't run NTLite for several reasons:
- WinPE is not a complete Windows platform, and missing several run-time libraries
- WinPE runs from a RAM disk, and you can't increase the filesystem size
Windows To Go is a real Windows environment, so yes. But I don't really see a need for NTLite on a stick, and you'll encounter licensing issues if NTLite keeps running on a different base PC.
There were a third winPE which support run NTlite in it ,It named as KuerPE,If you do not trouble with Chinese ,you can try it ,I use it with the name KuerPE_19045.3996_Omn0316
