As the title say i made a custom iso, disabling also windows update because i've see that in NTlite there is an Update section, my doubt is:
If i update via NTlite how can i keep the changes made to the iso? i dont want reinstall stuff when updating, is it possible?
Thanks in advice

NTLite is using Windows mechanisms to update, and yes they do partially return some removed bits.
That is why there is the Image - Tools - Remove reinstalls (or ntlite.exe /cleancu) feature to clean that easily.

You can also update with the updated ISO via the inplace-update, aka Host refresh.

Trying to keep the iso the same with updates can be annoying. If you do updates through Ntlite on your live machine and get extra stuff come back in then I would just reapply your removals.

Now i'm having this error, can log in into microsoft account, i searched on forum and found some fix, but wont work for me.
Whatevere happened, it was probably our fault.

While gameros is a good script, I truely feel that learning as much as you can about Ntlite and doing removals yourself is the best. Once you feel like you got to were you feel confident enough in your build and tested it time and time again to ensure what you want is working....then add gameros and see if there is anything else you might have missed or could add.

I don't want to make you feel bad that isn't my intention just want to help you out on your windows cleaning journey :)

Try uncheck Computer name from Unattended section (Shell options) - maybe that will help.
Thanks.
