Someone give me a win 7 wim, i tried a iso to wim converting thing and it didn't work on NTLite
I need a Windows 7 WIM to put it in NTLite

you can not convert a iso to wim. iso contains a lot of things including wim or esd
esd is compressed version of wim.
you can convert wim to esd or esd to wim.
if u have windows 7.iso extract it via winrar to a folder. there inside sources folder you will find your wim or esd file.
