Icons are invisible

Hi - have you extracted your ISO to a folder and try add that folder from the Toolbar/ Add (see image)?
That's a needed step before you can start work wih your original ISO.

No, I meant the NTLite's toolbar icons are missing like "Add", "Convert", "load", "Create ISO", etc. Everything works fine, but the icons are missing.
 
That sounds odd? Have you tried download again and install or run from portable?
Be sure use 32 or 64 bit version depending on your installed version.
 
Dunno if it's a LTSB/ LTSC issue or your current install maybe corrupted somehow?
