Icons in Start menu – how to remove those that were already deleted

Hello everyone,
I’m interested in how to remove all application shortcuts from the Start menu, even though I’ve already removed them in the Apps section under components.

For example, Solitaire and Casual Games.
I removed it from the Apps section.

However, after installation, this app still shows up in the Start menu, and when you click on it, the installation process starts.

Can someone tell me which setting or component in NTLite is related to the fact that these promotional apps remain in the Start menu even after explicit removal?

Thread 'Windows 11 Pro 23H2 Apps removed with NTLite that appear in Start Menu'

Games, watch, Pain, Microsoft Clipchamp, Xbox, Microsoft 365 (Office)...
This may be due to.
If you check the image again with NTlite they are deleted but appear cleared in Start after installing

I have the same exact issue; however, I did remove "Content Delivery Manager" but this does NOT keep the apps from appearing in the Start Menu.
