Installing Oct 2026 update for W11 21H2 LTSC fails

Start NtLite, load base ISO 19044-1288, Go to updates, select downloaded 2026-10 KB5126657 update file, click apply, then process. When integration gets to 100% I get the error shown on image.

I get the same problem here on non-IOT LTSC 2021 en-GB. Tried it several times and same problem. Last month's update integrates just fine.
Integrating: KB5126657 - 2026-10 Windows 10 Security Update (ESU) 19041.7807.1.49 -> Windows 10 EnterpriseS 21H2 x64 - 10.0.19044.1288 (en-GB) - Error 0x80073713 - [14099] An advanced installer failed during setup or servicing.
The image has been damaged by an offline servicing failure and no further servicing is allowed.
