I have very quick question, when integrating drivers, do I need all 3 of the items selected below in the picture? Should I be loading the install.wim or the boot.wim before integrating?

Only install.wim for most, except bootable drivers, for them add boot.wim Setup edition as well.
Make use of Reapply to other editions on the Apply page.
More info here.

so no need for the PE?
During Windows setup, the boot.wim Setup is invoked on first boot.
And install.wim is deployed to the destination.

As for PE, it's just for recovery - for example boot a USB stick (with unattended disabled) and choose Repair link on first boot prompt.
So in essence, if you cannot access a disk (again a bootable driver like in boot.wim Setup case), add it here as well.
If you don't find yourself needing this, that edition can be deleted even.
