Remove settings shortcut from "All Apps" but not remove the function all together?
I'm trying to make my All Apps and Start Menu look as clean as possible, and since I already have "settings" as a button on the side of start menu, I would like to remove it from All Apps, to make it look a lot cleaner.

Hide/Remove Folders to show up in All Apps?
I have a folder that contains all my tiles, that sits in "C:\Users\XXXXX\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Tiles" because it's currently the "cleanest" way I figured out to do to have tiles but not have the tiles also be in All Apps, because that place I just want for my lesser used applications, instead of having same applications on two places. But I have not yet been able to figure out how to make this happen, if there is some way with registry or NTLite that can achieve this?

Completely remove the "New" tag that shows up on newly added/installed programs in All Apps.
I kind of hate this feature, I already know what I just installed, I don't need Windows to tell me about it.

Remove the alphabetic letters in start menu?
This is less important, but still it looks kinda of ridiculous when there is only 10 programs in the All Apps menu to have it alphabetically ordered with the quick navigation.

The pictures is just to make it more obvious what I'm talking about, because I'm not very good at explaining.
