Make sure the original wasn't ESD compressed, if so, to compare fairly enable the same on the Apply page - Image format.
And enable on the Updates page - toolbar - Update Cleanup DISM Compatible for integration to remove older versions.
Starting fresh if cleanup wasn't enabled the first time.
If still the same:
Attach your preset, in it it should be visible which ISO to start with and which KB to add.
