I see we finally have a new NT Lite build released (2024.3.9819)- but what should be an easy - is now not.
First I went to Check for Updates and I get the usual Update dialog. I click Update and then get this:

There is no antivirus or anything else interferring with anything here today.
So I CLOSE NT Lite and take a trip to the "temp" directory noted above and find the offending file and try to delete it and then get this:

Windows is now telling me I cannot delete this file - because it is "open" within itself?
And this is all with no visible sign of NT Lite working or even this file itself being present in Task Manager.
And then when I restart NT Lite (to try again) - it starts up - briefly goes "not responding" and then displays error message #1 above again?
Any ideas what is happening here? This is usually a 10 or 20 second thing without any hitches.
