KB5031408 integration failure on Windows 7 Pro x64

KB5031408 is released for:
Windows Server 2008 R2 ESU​
Windows Embedded Standard 7 ESU​
Windows Embedded POSReady 7 ESU​

This update doesn't apply to W7 Pro, nor can NTLite integrate it. abbodi86 would be the expert on post-ESU updates.
 
Can NTLite integrate ESU updates (even before 2023-01)?

as for KB5031408, it's applicable for all Win7 editions (as long as you use dism for installation and suppress ESU)
the error message clearly says you need new SSU, which it is, you need SSU KB5017397 or later

No. I believe NTLite deliberately doesn't support ESU updates, even with BypassESU installed (or last time I checked).

I'm trying to avoid crossing the line on NTLite Forum's acceptable use policy of not promoting the unsanctioned use of W7 or W8 ESU patches. Except to say abbodi has solved this problem on another site, which can be found on Google searches.
