In the past, whenever I did it, processing was tediously slow the more editions and LP's were queued. Maybe my PC's isn't as beefy as yours.

When you get to it next time, if it didn't spin up integrations in parallel per edition, that would be a bug.
If it did and it completes much slower than 1 edition, check the Task Manager if memory or CPU is taxed during parallel operations - make sure Defender realtime scanning at that point is off.

One more question: I have the Windows 11 25H2 Spanish-US ISO with six selected base editions. I've already applied the Spanish-Spanish and Mexican-Spanish language options to create a base ISO and then just add monthly updates. When I install it, when it starts copying files and the setup begins, it appears in English, which I don't mind, although I'd prefer it to appear in the language I selected initially. This part continues until I reach the Windows desktop.

Did you setup the UI language on the Unattended page and use that unattended file, copied boot.wim as well, not just install.wim?
If so, do let me know which lang pack files I need to get to see that issue, your preset file would also help eleviate any doubts, you can DM me with it or edit-out personal data.

The problem I'm seeing is that when I go into Windows settings, everything appears in English. When I go to the language settings, the selected language appears, but everything is in English, and I get the following message: "You are currently not connected to the internet, which prevents some language features from being downloaded. When you are connected, see this page to download the language features you want to use." I know what this message means—that I need to connect to the internet to complete the language setup—but here's my question: am I missing something when adding the languages in NTLite? Is it normal for this message to appear, and do I absolutely have to connect to the internet to finish downloading the language pack?

So not just boot is in English, also Settings? That's not good, maybe you missed some files, please let me know how you integrate the pack to see which file is missing?

I load the ISO "en-us_windows_11_consumer_editions_version_25h2_updated_march_2026_x64_dvd_a1cf6c36" which, of course, contains all editions of Windows 11 and is in US English. The idea is to add the languages: Mexican Spanish and Spanish (Spain). So, I mount the "Home" edition in the NTlite program. In the updates section, I look for the following files:
For Spanish (Spain):

Additionally, the base update
"windows11.0-kb5043080-x64_953449672073f8fb99badb4cc6d5d7849b9c83e8" so that language packs can be installed.

Now I go to the "Apply" section and then to "Image Process Queue (Reapply pending tasks to other editions)" under "Integrate - Updates" I select the editions I need. I don't select the "Winre.win" or "boot.win" partitions. Now I go to "Integrate - After Installation" and select the same editions for which I need to apply the languages. Now I go to the "Create ISO" option, give the output file a name, and leave everything else as is. Then I click "Process," and everything proceeds normally until it finishes generating the final ISO file. During the Windows installation with this generated ISO, the initial screen displays the languages to choose from: US English, Mexican Spanish, and Spanish (Mexico). I choose Mexican Spanish (image 1) and continue with the "Pro Edition" installation normally until it starts copying the files. On the black screen, the "Installing" message appears in English (image 2). Then, I select the country, configure the keyboard, and other options. The settings appear in English again (image 3). When Windows starts and the desktop with the Start menu appears, everything is in Spanish (image 4). When I go into Windows settings, everything is in English and in the "Language and region" options a message appears (image 5) "You're currently not connected to the Internet which prevents some language features from downloading." Once you're connected, visit this page to download the language features you want to use.
What I need is for the country, keyboard language, and computer name settings (image 3), among other options, to appear in English during installation when the black screen appears (image 3). I also need the "Settings" section and all its options (image 5) to appear in Spanish when Windows starts, as that's the language I chose at the beginning of the installation. I would greatly appreciate your help in letting me know if I'm missing any files or settings, or if it's simply not possible to make the language appear everywhere.
