Latest July 2025 Windows updates not installing on target device

Having an issue lately where I have integrated the latest Windows July cumulative update (KB5062552) into my image, but when I use the ISO to build a laptop it is missing the update and flagging as vulnerable.

Updates are added to the boot.wim MS Windows Setup, I can see it has been installed but it does not install on the laptop I'm testing it on.

Am I doing something wrong?
 
When NTLite finishes the process, what version of the image do you have ? 22631.5624 ?
Otherwise, there's no need to integrate the SSU separately, it's integrated into the CU

There isn't a real need to integrate the Monthly CU to boot.wim (if that's what you've done), it's intended for install.wim.

While you can update boot.wim, it's kinda pointless as boot.wim is only running for the duration of WinPE Setup. After that pass exits and restarts into the installed Windows, it's never used again. Have you added the same CU to install.wim?
 
Oh yeah, I didn't even notice that it was with boot.wim, no one integrates CU, EP, etc... into this .wim
