License reactivation with no hardware change

Hi,

I had activated NTLite Home normally, and I have used it several times to Remove Reinstalls, but now I wanted to use it another time and it asks me to reactivate it. I have kept license.dat and settings.xml and they have always worked fine (when I reinstalled NTLite or even windows), using the same files now. There are some aspects that bother me and I don't understand:

1. It says that it will spend a new license only if I activate from a new or changed machine. If it asks it, it will be because it thinks I changed hardware, but I did not. I have only changed the Erp setting in BIOS, and plugged an external HDD in another USB port... Not changed the OS disk, not changed any other main component (is a laptop!)

2. It doesn't tell me if it is going to spend a new license or not, only that it may. This creates insecurity and defenselessness, can't it show if it is going to spend one or not?

3. How can I know how many online activations remains?

I would like to avoid spending licenses with no need. Please could you help me? I like a lot NTLite but I really don't like the type of license scheme used. At all.

Thank you
