why there's no Local user account setup support (BypassNRO) for Windows 11 24H2 iso?

Anyone? Can you please re add Local user account setup support (BypassNRO) for Windows 11 24H2 iso?

I loaded a copy of 26100.1, and BypassRNO is available in Settings.

Are you using the unlicensed edition? Free users need to import a reg file that handles BypassRNO under the Registry screen.

Just installed the latest 2024.4.9916 build, it's there for licensed users:

Are you using a modded version of 24H2? The only reason so many Settings would be missing, is someone already removed the components which own those settings.

You're on free. Either use Rufus and enable BypassRNO as an option, or import a reg file which does the same thing.
I don't know if the latest NTLite changed to hide paid items from Settings.

ok where i can find and download registry key?

BypassNRO setting is there for free as well.
Tested the non-licensed version now and it's listed.
Paste bypassnro into the filter row for the Settings page.

If it's not there, redownload the correct ISO, it must be different.
Feel free to attach the log after loading that edition, will check what it states.

Does Disabled or Enabled for the `Local user account setup support (BypassNRO)` mean it will allow the interactive user to set up a local account?

NTLite is a great program, but I sure wish there was more documentation as to what the value-set of each setting meant.

By definition, a Bypass is not a default setting. Therefore it needs to be Enabled to work.

Part of the ambiguous wording is because NTLite re-uses the same UI controls for different settings. So it's self-limited to Enabled/Disabled instead of the more logical Enabled/Not Enabled. All the UI text exists in an external language file, so it's up to nuhi to remap the wording.
