Microsoft to make Windows 10 fully modular

MinWin is in core of Win10, it helped them isolate the minimum to make Nano Server and Azure backends to name a few.

Andromeda is per-device focus, meaning as the article states first for phones and tablets using the same OS as desktop just less/different components.
The whole point is unification of Mobile and Desktop OS.
Modularity was always there, called Windows Embedded/IoT.
