I have an Asus Vivobook 16 (Lunar Lake) laptop. I used Microsoft's Media Creation Tool to download a Windows 11 25H2 iso. I used NTLite to integrate the latest July 2026 Windows update and integrated all of the drivers from Asus's website for my laptop. When I boot the iso, I get a BSOD complaining that NVSTOR.SYS is missing.
I've created Windows images in this way before (integrating drivers and Windows updates) with NTLite and have never gotten any BSOD's about missing drivers. What is NVSTOR and why would this suddenly be missing from an image that came directly from Microsoft?
