G garlin Moderator Staff member Messages 8,298 Reaction score 4,039 Aug 24, 2023 #22 For ISO files larger than 4GB, you should use NTFS on Rufus. Ventoy is another tool that works. To make any USB drive bootable, you need a tool to install the bootloader. Doing a normal file copy won't do that.
