MMC Snap In (Services.msc)

Hey i recently stripped windows 10 & 11 manually, and i'm having MMC snap in error when opening services.msc in windows 11
i was able to open it on the first boot but when i manually live stripped more i started getting MMC snap in error when opening services.msc and
unknown hard error (taskhost.sw) on welcome screen ( preset attached )

I installed your preset on clean 21H1, and Services runs OK from Start Menu/Windows Admin Tools and manually started by Task Manager.
See if you can remember more details to this story.

21H1 vs H2 shouldn't matter, but I haven't tried W11.
For sanity, I re-enabled OOBE in this build which shouldn't affect the MMC snap-in. Removing OOBE will cause Welcome screen issues.
