"More apps" button does not work

Hello, please tell me why the "more apps" button may not work. When you try to open a file that is not known to the system,You get a window where you have to manually select a program for this file format, but the "more apps" button simply doesn't work, nothing happens at all. Maybe someone has encountered this?

Please attach a copy of your preset, after removing any user passwords or license key.

Check your install for what removed - or set the proper program/ app to open the file with rightclick "Open With".
