I also have this problem when trying to integrate two .NET Framework 3.5 CAB files (I can only integrate one of them). I sent a PM to nuhi regarding this.

Aaa I see, the Existing not installed Feature on demand is blocking the insertion, duh.

Will fix and reupload to build 7036.
