.NET Framework 3.5 Disabled for Win11 25H2?

Hello everyone:

I'm using NTLite to build a custom image of Windows 11 25H2. I noticed that I can't Enable the option for .Net Framework under the Features section in NTLite, it always stays Disabled. I need to have .Net 3.5 Framework active since the very first time of the OS installation. Any suggestions?

Were you able to apply it? When I attempted to do so, it errored out.
