about ClipBoard
I have enabled the option in Settings > Privacy , but it does not seem to work

Below are the Prvacy Settings, when I log on I have to manually enable the option, when i press windows and V, have to
click the option to turn it on.

How do I get this globally set this for all users

Did you change the ClipBoardUserService to be disabled?
