So I just bought the software but I haven't gotten the confirmation mail in 10 minutes.

10 minutes? i have known Hotmail to take up to 12 hours to receive an email.
Tips,,,
Make sure you enter your email address correctly.
Check your Focused and Other tabs(in Outlook).
Check the confirmation and Product Key emails havnt been sent to the spam folder or was deleted by spam filters.
Sometimes emails just get lost.

Lildidi, good. Just to explain a bit more, the shop processor (2checkout) sometimes can take a few minutes to double-check everything.
Also buried on the Shop page it states "After purchase you will get the license code in the email, usually arrives within minutes, up to 30 minutes due to routine payment confirmations."
