No Services tab in latest NTLite

I want to report that no services tab appear in ntlite 2026.1.10761 ,in previous versions services tab was there so we could manage services
kindly restore that

The newest UI looks like this (Services is the middle "tab" in the main box, Extra Services is the right "tab"):



I've asked nuhi if he could add more screen decoration to the Tab headers, so the tabs are more obvious.

I always read the change log just took a minute to see it. I am on a 4k tv screen with 100 percent instead of 300 percent. It was small but it's there
