Not all Dependencies are disabled when removing a component

Dependencies are not disabled when removing a component
When you click Yes - one component (OOBE) is deleted, not three:

Similarly here I've disselected all components excluding all that were kept in compatibility, but then remembered I had to keep Com & LPT the communication windows appeared just as usual but after clicking Yes the files are not re-checked, also checked in reverse if files are selected and I would want them removed it would not deselect them files even if you click Yes. It's like re-check sub-components that are currently broken.
