NT Lite 2024.10.10089 crash

Hi
I have used your excellent software for many years.

I have just tried to process an ISO file in NT Lite using Windows 24H2 v 26100.2033.

After all adjustments and then selecting "Process", the normal process starts and promptly closes after a few seconds with no error message .

Please kindly advise if this is me or the program compatibility.
 
Please attach (or DM me) the preset and %temp%\ntlite.log when it closes.
Also see if there are any %temp%\ntlite.dmp files as well.

Thanks for the reply .

On 3rd attempt after your reply, I went to preset ( all new adjustments today included ) and selected , then straight to "Process" with no further adjustments actioned.
ISO formed in 6 minutes , with no error !
My Norton 360 has recently had a radical revamp and so for 3rd attempt disabled "Smart Firewall" again, just in case .
Cannot see any NTLite temp files in C/Windows but have attached the preset file in case useful.
Please advise

I had the same problem, like the previous times, NTLite closes when deleting components
Ok on the 3rd test and the following

And no more "problem" since
For info, I rebooted to redo the 3rd test and it was good

That's why I didn't tell you anything, I was waiting for a 3rd "crash"

It did the same thing to me too: sudden shutdown without logs and error messages.
I also 24H2 2033 without Windows Firewall or Windows Defender being active.
The preset used is always the same and the suspicion is that this happens when it processes:
Functionality on demand --> Internet Explorer mode​
in fact, reopening NTLite and taking the same preset starts again from there.

Update
Done:
1) Disk Cleanup
2) Restarted PC
3) Redid the exact same processing in NTLite with the same preset

Result: no crash

This is unfortunately the worst case scenario because it could be a random situation very difficult to diagnose...

For Nuhi:

I continued to investigate the crash that I had already highlighted...

At each processing with NTLite I activated screen recording and... the crash was highlighted as in the attached screenshot

Below it is highlighted that the crash occurred while NTLite was proceeding to "Remove - Components (477)" and at the time (as per the Removal bar: - bottom left) Client Work Folder.

NTlite closed suddenly without any log.

Clearly using NTLite in "Italian" the entries are in Italian but I believe that the information is still easily obtainable.

If you need the preset (in any case always the same for many months and various previous versions of NTLite, tell me.
 
This problem of NTLite closing itself always occurs when removing components, already had this problem several times, but since this problem is random, it is difficult for nuhi to reproduce it easily

That it's random... I had noticed it as I wrote above... but this time at least we know on what occasion (this time...): at the time of (deletion???) client folder (support???).

Let's see what Nuhi can come up with... ;)
 
With the different tests, each time it was on the removal of a different component (and even more with different versions)
A problem related to "dism" from memory (the appearance of this problem, the first tests and resolution date back to the end of June)

And sometimes this problem reappears
 
It also happened three times when using NTLite and it was when removing components. The program just closes.
