NTLite 1.6.0.6122 - Error trying to integrate KB4100375 to clean Win10 Home 1803 (17133.1)

Trying to integrate updates Windows10.0-KB4093110-X64.cab and Windows10.0-KB4100375-x64.cab to a clean Windows 10 Home 1803 (17133.1) ISO. (Downloaded via MediaCreationTool.exe /selfhost).

Windows10.0-KB4093110-X64.cab integrates without problem but trying to add Windows10.0-KB4100375-x64.cab I end up with "Error 0xc0040004 '[4] The system cannot open the file.' KB4100375" and the file is skipped.

I've tested both files and I have no issues adding the updates to my current Windows install using Dism /Add-Package /Image:C:\mount\Windows /PackagePath.
