NTLite and Windows 11 Microsoft Account (bypass)

I have never installed Windows 11 but I soon will be doing so. It is my understanding that Microsoft is really pushing people to sign-in during the install process with a Microsoft Account.

I would rather not do that, but I would rather just make a simple local account.

My question is can NTLite eliminate that part of the installation process?

So could I make a custom install disk that completely bypasses that Microsoft account crap?
 
From the Settings screen, System / Local user account setup support (BypassNRO)
 
So do I set it to disabled, or do I keep it at default? If I don't want that Microsoft account thing?
 
You to enable the Bypass, it's not turned on by default.
