NTLite licence not working

hello,

I bought a personal licence and I create many isos and format very often. But I only use it on my pc and never on another. So can you please reactivate my licence?

If your PC's hardware hasn't changed, then re-activating NTLite on the same system won't subtract another activation even if you re-install Windows. Activations are server-based, so it will remember the PC based on the HW ID.

Please e-mail [email protected], if you have other licensing problems caused by user error.
 
I never used any other PC than my own.Never changed the hardware or anything else.But every time I did format , it said #5 #4 #3 uses left. Then it activated a few more times and now it doesnt work anymore. It was always the same hardware.I even used the same xml file to create the isos except newer cab files and newer drivers.

So please reactivate it. it is an error by the server not by me.
 
Please email support, that's the same person as NTLite's dev.
 
I wrote him, but no answer yet. Could you please contact him directly? I would like to create the new iso , because it is patchday and cannot do it , because of the licence not working.
