NTLite Premium Changes are not saving

When i click on save changes it starts to discard changes , I even tried running software as administrator but it is still the same. Its working fine in free version.
I have also tried it with different isos and the result is still the same it keeps discarding the changes

Okkkkkk it worked , I unloaded the iso , deleted the temp , reinstalled the software and loaded the iso and tried to make changes again and it worked
