Ntlite shows updates in the ISO file but windows update shows the same updates in windows 8.1

Hello,

Have the following problem has put all the updates into the ISO file for windows 8.1 using NTLite and this went fine but when I check windows update in windows 8.1 all the same updates are list to be download and installed. but when I check the updates in NTLite it shows all the updates are built into the ISO file,

Any help with this would be great.

1 - windows update isnt reliable. go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Windows Update\View update history, if it says KBxxxxxx is installed its installed.
2 - updates added to an image/iso arent always actually installed, they are "pending" which means they will be installed during the setup/installation. to see for yourself extract your iso and load it back into ntlite, on the right hand side of the Updates page you will see all updates and their status, Pending or Installed. some updates cant be fully integrated/installed and this has been happening back to XP days.
