I have a strange problem. when I start NTLite the screen below appears.

Try unplugging and / or shutting down and the issues below keep coming back.

I have formatted the disk and removed and reinstalled NTLite.
Nothing helps.
Is a log file asked somewhere that it cannot be found.
What do I have to do to get it working again.
Awaiting a response.
