To add a wallpaper ?
If so, you can already do that with Post-Setup

You can just change in Windows\Web\Wallpaper\Windows directory (in the mounted image directory) the img0.jpg (light theme) or img19.jpg (dark theme) file to another image with the same dimensions to change the default wallpaper
