Arigato, confirmed, it's just a detection issue (can see in Components it shows the wrong version on the DesktopAppInstaller app, it's a subset's info instead of the main one), the integration is complete.

What is the purpose of this system application? ntlite is only marked as an "Add Folder suggestion dialog" and its security is marked in blue.

Not all UWP packages are for apps; some packages like .NET or VC++ are obviously run-time frameworks, and others are optional UI features that other devs can use. You can safely remove them, but it might break a random app's functionality.

Libraries only take up more disk space, but they don't make Windows run slower.
