Occasionally 'explorer.exe' flashes infinitely until I restart it

I don't see any obvious problems in this preset. There's online threads from non-NTLite users complaining that Explorer flashes over and over, and most suspect it's a graphics driver issue or something else.

For troubleshooting, I would try removing changes in a backwards order until you narrow down the problem:
- remove Post-Setup items from image​
- remove tweaks (Settings) from image​
- install plain ISO with just added driver set​
 
I'm using it on AWS, logging in via RDP, and it doesn't seem to require a graphics card, is there a way to disable it?
 
What I want to say is that this is an occasional problem, it is not a serious problem, if you do not encounter this problem, you can ignore it and save your time.
 
I'm pointing out that other Windows users (who aren't modding) have reported similar behavior. And you neglected to mention you're RDP'ing into the cloud, so it's not clear if those are contributing factors. Usually I would just install the image in a local VM, and see if you can repro the problem since VM's are mostly free of specific HW or driver issues.

Follow the normal process of elimination.
