How do I download Ntlite of a version prior to April 11, 2023, preferably portable?
 
Every installer is portable, choose option during install.
Why older version?
 
That preset has nothing other than configured features and settings, all safe from the point of NTLite having a bug or something.

Meaning check your image, seems to be some kind of a custom one.
Try an official one. If that doesn't help, find which feature disabling is offending to it, using a virtual machine should go fast.

I already tried to reset settings, services and extra services, I don't know what happens to the iso break. it says the pc has been restarted.. i use virtual machine.View attachment 9703
 
Since your NTLite license is free, you do not have the option to bypass Windows 11 new hardware requirements, including being online during installation to avoid making a local account!

my license is not free where do I apply these modifications?

you are using the free version of NTLITE, that means there are certain features you are unable to use because of it.

I don't use the free version of ntlite I wanted to know where is the microsoft online account requirement to not create a local account for me to deactivate?

so the preset in post 3 is not yours ? where it says ' <Licensed>No</Licensed> ' ?

what version of ntlite are you currently using ?

I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHERE TO DISABLE THE REQUIREMENT TO BE ONLINE TO MAKE THE LOCAL ACCOUNT?
 
The OOBE crashed because EventLog was set to manual (keep at Automatic until end of setup).
And Settings - AutoLogger - Application/Security/System was turned off, those are needed for EventLog service.

So basically EventLog is needed for setup, locked these for images in the future update.
