For nuhi and/or garlin

In the win 11 708 version I realized that the "On-Screen Keyboard" item appears in the Start Menu which it would not seem possible to exclude from NTLITE (I don't see the item).

Disabling the Service (from manual to disabled) does not exclude the entry from the Start Menu.

I think nuhi could "add" this possibility in NTLITE among the items provided Setting -> Start Menu: "Show the On-Screen Keyboard" with possible disabling of the Service and relative automatic start.

Multiple sources say disabling TabletInputServices will break typing for Start Menu, UWP apps and alternate keyboards (ctfmon.exe).
Most tech companies provide accessibility for disabled users, so it's not surprising OSK is deeply integrated.

Kasual suggests you to remove the menu shortcut.

Even if you "remove" that link, On-Screen Keyboard continues to be present in the Start Menu.

And in any case it is not a link problem as, as I had requested, a "novelty" introduced with the 708 version and of which I asked for the introduction (if possible) in the context of the optimizations possible with NTLITE

Have you tried to remove the shortcut from this location?
