I had oobehello error at account setup's last part... when i pressed try again button and tried 10 times. it finally finished setup. idk why happened. never happened before.

used latest stable build from uupdump and here is the preset, its really a soft edit.

also i removed setupdiag.exe from final edited folder... maybe it was the reason? is it safe to remove nuhi ? ntlite didnt keep it before, so i just removed it...

Will check today other reports for 20277 with your preset, these newer builds always need adaptation.

Tried your preset on 20277 and it installed fine. Offline and online (online is different as it updates at the end of setup).
Can you retry, and don't do anything I would not see from this report, including don't add your REG files for now.

setupdiag, don't have it written down, it's not difficult to try. It sure does sound like a diagnostic :)
You may want that, as the log may contain issues during setup, also I doubt it would work without it.

Are you saying I need to plug in a web cam to see that OOBE Hello issue? If you have a camera, please try without it, but first leave all as is and install 20277, as we might be debugging Microsoft preview bugs as well.
 
tested 2 times with and without setupdiag.exe... no problems on both.. idk why it happened in the first place... also setupdiag.exe seems to be unnecessary in sources folder.
 
Thx, will check setupdiag and add to 'Manual Setup' removal if no issues.
