"Open With" Problem with Preset

I loaded attached preset and made an image but when the system installed and then right click on an item/file and select "open with" pop-up screen does not show file picker window. Nothing happens when clicked on "try an app on this pc" link.
Tried many combinations but nothing. İmage is not altered anyway. Just updated to build 19044.7663.
Please have look at my preset and if you find the responsible component tell me.
Image is Windows 10 Iot Enterprise LTSC 2021 19044.7663

I'm removing all the components from your preset, except

I can't remember why I'm keeping it

And all good for "Open with..." option
 
Thank you tistou77 for the feedback. I'll test with those components non-removed. Maybe I tried 20-30 variations and that menu not worked.

This component was listed as necessary for Settings on W10 at the time (it works on W11 whithout it)
To see if that's the cause.

. I've just tried a newly baked ISO. Unfortunately all the components you've said were kept but the result is same.

Yeah, everything works flawlessly.
By the way I applied the preset (with the components you've told) to 19041.1288 base image "open with..." worked. I think something with the latest update changed the mechanisim.
 
I'll test it on Windows 11 and the latest Preview to see.
No problem with the August CU.

But we had the problem a while ago, though it wasn't related to a component you removed (it was linked to CBS, if I remember correctly, where Microsoft had modified this function).
