Post-Setup files are not added

I've added a number of files/scripts to post-setup. In the parameters, it hints to use the file as %WINDIR%\Setup\Files\myfile.abc. Post-install, the files don't exist. They also don't exist if I open the iso, ...\sources\install.wim\Windows\Setup.
