Post-Setup preparing screen

Hello,

I have built a custom ISO with post-setup apps for the user but whenever I install the iso and complete OOBE it shows preparing windows and does not show installation progress. Is there any way to prevent the preparing windows screen and go to desktop?

Unfortunately, W10/11 OOBE will block any application windows from displaying. If you want to see installer progress, move the setup app(s) from Post-Setup (Machine) to User. Otherwise you will see nothing on-screen. MS hates you.

Settings / First-logon animation will skip the extra delay before it switches to the desktop. But this doesn't change the OOBE behavior.

Thanks for your response.
The applications are already in the user queue, but the issue is already resolved.

Turns out a script was killing the explorer process preventing windows from showing the desktop and being stuck on 'Preparing windows'
