Post-Setup - using winget

Forgive me if this is a stupid question, but if the runtime dependencies are installed first, is it okay to use winget to install apps during post-setup?

i always install runtimes during post and install bunch of softwares like adobe acrobat etc. but i'm not sure about winget. but why not? just test it on virtual box by using OEM folder

Make sure you check if the network (DHCP?) comes online before running post-setup. Might not be true for all cases.
