Problem with Windows 10 LTSC updates
This message pops up.
It was empty, NT Lite downloaded the update itself.

"Integrating: KB5015684 - Feature update to the Windows 10 version 22H2 'Enablement package' 19041.1799.1.2 -> Windows 10 EnterpriseSEval 21H2 x64 - 10.0.19044.1288 (en-US) - Package is not applicable to this image.

This error can also indicate that a checkpoint/baseline update is missing, review NTLite's online update list for suggestions or contact support."

KB5015684 doesn't apply to W10 LTSC 2021, because new features are disabled by policy. NTLite's Updates Downloader is in error.
 
The workaround is skip that update if NTLite queues it for you. You can always uncheck any KB that the Updates Downloader recommends for you, it's only a suggestion and sometimes there isn't extra checking done because it's a static list that gets refreshed once a month.

Precisely - NTL often offer downloads not needed as already updated.

after i researched this exact problem i found that windows 10 IoT enterprise LTSC versions only go up 21h2 so the Windows 10 version 22H2 'Enablement package update wont work on the LTSC versions ,it will work on Windows 10 IoT Enterprise version but that is just like the rest of the windows normal versions arndwill stop updating oct 2025 but iot ltsc until 2032 and w11 version of iot ltsc is untill 2034

Windows 10 IoT EnterpriseS 21H2 x64 10.0.19044.6332 - same thing.
