Program doesnt work on Windows 10 Professional x64 Build 2004

Hi,
thanks for reporting.
Crash has nothing to do with the Windows version, it fails when the tool tries to connect to the internet, confirm the signature.
Potentially the "Crypto Pro" tool is the one that triggers that crash, as it is injecting a lot of libraries into the tool's memory seen in the crash dump.
I remember a similar report months ago, also a Russian user.
Try uninstalling it temporarily or run NTLite from a virtual machine without that tool, I'll see if it's possible to fail more gracefully.
May I ask what is that tool for?
Is this it, which one exactly, if you can point me to the exact trial?

Tried it, but cannot provoke the issue, potentially it requires a license or something else in combination to trigger the crash.
Btw there is a Microsoft compatibility option during a Custom install of CryptoPro, then there are various K-levels of security.
If uninstalling the tool helps, then if you need it, try various options during a Custom Install, do let me know if anything helped so I can answer others if it comes to that, or to replicate the issue on my side.

Do you configure a proxy in File - Settings, or it's at Default?
Please try set to None.
To do so, let's disable automatic Check Update, in NTLite folder, elevate notepad and edit .\settings.xml
Set <CheckUpdate>false</CheckUpdate>
Save before starting NTLite.
Also proxy set to
<ProxyMode>1</ProxyMode>
Now it should crash only when going to File - Check Update or Updates - Add - Latest online updates.
But you can use the tool for all else until this is fixed.
