Using your recently release version of 2024.12.10200_x64 it stalls at 99% when reading update data.

NTLite can't find the .wim file

Code:
Cannot find image path: M:\NTTemp\TempHostRefresh\sources\install.wim
Cannot find image path: M:\NTTemp\TempHostRefresh\sources\boot.wim

Have you checked that it is in the correct location and mounted the image ?

That is interesting. I reinstalled the previous version and had no problems. Then re-installed the current version and ran into the same issue. The point is I was not using temphostrefresh.

With the new version, delete the current location (Forget button) and re-indicate the path (Add)

Already NTLite mount the image and read the data

But weird, to see with nuhi

Well, I got it to work, but not ideal. I ended the ntlite in the task manager, relaunched ntlite, remounted and click on process. I will revert back to the previous version.

Hi,

to sync up where we are currently, are you saying a previous NTLite process was stuck in the background?
If so, best would be to restart the OS, delete the image edit and start fresh from the ISO.
Use the latest version, today had an update as well - nothing related to this though.

If it's stuck again, please post the log of that being stuck - should not happen, but if a previous process was somehow in a limbo, it would explain it.

The ntlite process wasn't using any CPU resources at all. It was stuck at 0% utilization. From the task manager I end terminated the NTlite application and then restarted it. Remount and continued the process. Anyway, I downloaded your new version and will report back.

Here is a comparison of version 10169 and your current version. Version 10169 performed with no issues, and your current version 10208 stalled at reading updated data.

Thank you.
So it's not a second instance that blocked it, even without that hanging process the new version stops at reading data after updates.

OK, to see where it actually stops, I'll send you a test version with more logging at the end.

Thank you Bournesup for the feedback over the DMs, fix uploaded to the new version publicly as well.
